Presidium

The Presidium comprises the President, the Vice-President and the Chairmen of the Sections. The Presidium prepares the work of the Board and defines the general guidelines to be followed by COCERAL.

Marcel Combot

Marcel Combot is representative of the SYNACOMEX French cereals trade association and grain and oilseeds country lead at Cargill group in France. he is based in St Nazaire, France. He is also the President of COCERAL.

Paul della Tolla

Paul della Tolla started his career in chartering in Hamburg then worked in Geneva to ultimately head the Continental Grain Traders Association (SEEDYZ). He is today President of Dimitriaki SA and the Greek Grain Traders Association (SEEDYZ). He is also Vice President of COCERAL.

Stefan Vogel

Stefan Vogel is Head of the Economics Department of Alfred C.Toepfer International GmbH in Hamburg, Germany. His responsibilities  include market research, public relations and policy analysis. He is Vice Chair of the Market Section of the German Grain Traders Association (VdG). He chairs the COCERAL Market and Agricultural Policy Section.

J-M Aspar

Jean-Michel  Aspar  is in charge of International Relations and more specifically of the follow-up of the EU regulations on soft commodities and bio-fuels as well as lobbying activities in Brussels and Geneva for the whole Louis Dreyfus Commodities Group. Past President of COCERAL, he is President of the French Cereals External Trade Association "SYNACOMEX" and also chairs the Coceral food & feed safety and environment section.

J-P.Schepens

Jean-Paul Schepens is the General Manager of Schepens & Co N.V. Antwerp, Belgium-International rice brokers since 1912. He was Chairman of the London Ricebrokers Association, vice president of Imexgra, Antwerp. He chairs the Coceral rice section.

G.Forcella

Gennaro Forcella is President of the Federazione Nazionale del Commercio Oleario, Federolio, since 1997. He is Chairman of the Advisory Group Olive Oil of the International Oil Council and vice President of the  EU Advisory Group on olive oil. He chairs the Coceral olive oil section.

David Caffall

David Caffall is Chief Executive of the Agricultural Industries Confederation (AIC). Externally, David represents the AIC's sectors and the industry generally to government and regulators at senior level in the UK and Europe as well as relevant organisations in the food supply chain, from farming to food processing and beyond. He has held several Chief Executive Appointments in the agricultural supply industry. David is the Chairman of the Agrosupply section.
